Mark the holes with an automatic center punch. You can see the mark and the drill bit won't "walk". My Pedaltrain didn't have those big holes for the Voodoo Labs to mount to. The brackets weren't available yet either. So I had to fab all that stuff. I used a hole punch for the big inner holes where my drill motor wouldn't fit between the aluminum rails. I'm glad to see you're finally using an "A/B" switch for your demos. This makes comparisons a lot easier for us feebs on the interwebs.

@Joel Pickett cool I actually found that out after buying a pedal power recently. But since I am running two power supplies, I drilled more holes in the train to allow access to both supplies. It's really thin aluminum and is no problem to drill through if you have hole saw bits.

Another simple-dimple way to mount a PS under a Pedaltrain... 1) Put velcro on the top of the PS. 2) Put opposite velcro on the bottom side of the Pedaltrain 3) Stick PS to pedaltrain. No muss, no fuss, stays put. No screws, metal doo-dads, great for us mechanically challenged types...

I've got the PT Pro, with a BBE Supa Charger in it, and I love the setup. Pedaltrain makes quality stuff! only thing is, the bag case that it comes with isn't quite as protective as I would have hoped, so you just have to be careful about that.

I have one of these. It's great, two thumbs up! The zip ties don't hold though, so I got some velcro straps to hold things in place. I really like the space's, when some idiot spills beer on it Makes clean so much easier. Over all a great investment.

My screws didnt go in so easy after using an 1/8 bit. In fact, one of the cheap screws broke off at the head as i was screwing it in. The other three went in with some wrestling. Hopefully the Supa Charger will hold up for awhile so i dont have to mess with that again.

I've read that the courtesy power outlet on the Mod Tone doesn't line up with the hole on the Pedal Train Jr. and I noticed at the end of your demo the cap was still on the hole that accesses the courtesy outlet. Does it line up?

Hey Gearman Dude! I've got a PedalTrain Pro, and bought the Powerplant, but the holes in the back of the Pedaltrain don't line up with both the AC In, and AC out that are on the back of the Powerplant. (I can line up one, but not the other) Is this the case with Pedal Train 2? Do I have to saw away the back in order to get access to both ACs?

I have a question! On the back of the Pedaltrain, there are 2 slot or holes where the courtesy AC outlet jack, does it line up so you can actually plug the AC outlet in or it is not line up at all when you mount in the MODTONE Power Plant power supply? I just wonder, because i was thinking about getting this to fit My Digitech JamMan Delay Loop JMD pedal station since it only use AC and Not DC. Another thing, there is another AC on the side of the unit as well. Same Milliamp on the AC?
