Thanks for the video. 1) Looks like a good time to replace the spark plugs. At how many miles should this be done? 2) My 2012 CRV does the VVT actuator rattle on cold start-up. Since it is right there, should I replace all or part of it? Thanks

Had the same issue on the VVT with our 2013. If you have the tools/time/skill, change it out. I ended up having our local repair shop do the work after looking into the potential gotchas of making a mistake. For reference, it cost us around $1100 in 2022 to have the work done. Hope that helps.
