My father’s 2023 toyota corolla calls for 0W-16. Thanks for the great video!

It's great to see an access cover unlike other makes that require removal of the whole under carriage cover just to change oil! Thanks for the video.

The 2023 XSE is using 0w-8 oil, instead of Ow-16 , and Toyota is charging a lot. This was the first oil change under 2 years Toyota Care, but after this, unless they have super coupons, it is not worth it. They are charging $100 per oil change. You need 3 hours of time for a $100 oil change. At least they now went back to spin on inexpensive oil filters. Mobil 1 makes quality oil, and I can see that they produce this type of viscosity. One can use Amsoil which is a great oil. Assuming that because this oil is on the thinner side, one must change the oil more frequently.

You can finally find it now? I remember last year when I first got my 2023, I couldn't find owa anywhere except for online for astronomically high prices that didn't make sense. Hardly any dealers carried it they didn't sell it to customers either@@km09.

My customer came today for an oil change for the same car, car says it takes 0w8, but he accidentally brought 0w20. But I had 0w16 in stock so I just used that. Also he said the store doesn't sell 0w8 lol, but dealer prob does
