Thanks a bunch FreeMz, very detailed walkthrough. I stuck with the enforcer and the Markza for most of my run, but did use the retro lancer at the beginning and I still got Pick Me Up done. Can confirm it's just Lancer/Custom Lancer and Gnasher.

Well inconceivable is the hardest difficulty on this game if that is what you are trying to do. Following my walkthrough for it should help you out if you are getting stuck :)

I killed with the lancer by mistake then reloaded the checkpoint, does this not count anymore now?

I would guess as long as you didn't get to a new checkpoint, it doesn't matter. It would be the equivalent of returning to main menu, you just lose all progress (good and bad) past your latest checkpoint.
