It's time for..... CORRECTIONS! XCOM Chimera Squad DOES have full controller support from day one. Been playing it with an XBOX One controller.

@@adamneumann248 Yeah. The controller support is wonky. From missing or oddly aligned icons to stuff that only seems to work with M/KB, it looked to me like controller support was not really ready for launch -- hence the reason you'll only know it's in the game if you actually connect a controller.

I’m pretty sure timeline that he’s the father of reyna diaz Kaits mother because in 5 it references the grandfather not her father. Which makes sense because from the timeline tactics to 4 is 54 years.

Bit of a weird design decision to have three hero characters with set classes in a game with a max squad size of four

I'm guessing the hero/troop divide is there to give you some flexibility in what your fail-states are. Some people load the game when they lose anyone in these games, but the casualty-tolerant might appreciate not having to start the mission over as often.

Xcom Chimera Squad does support controller support, i dont play PC much so i only use controllers with pc games.

Only done a few missions but I think you need to keep the main protagonist in the party at least

You cannot. One or several hero characters are mandatory for almost all missions.
