Is there any way to adjust the half fill level?

Yes. You can twist the lower part. There is a little "hole" which indicates the fill level.

@@strawknight At lower part is a blue ring with a fixation. A bit above the fixation is a "indicator hole" You should be able o twist the blue ring. If not, please contact the local Geberit customer service.

@@strawknight Sorry for the late reply. We doublechecked it internally. To adjust the amount of water leaving the flush valve, the central coloured (green or blue) round adjustable part needs to be rotated up or down accordingly to open or close off the small hole on the main cylindrical body of the valve.
