wow..thanks that I read this..I was tempted by the touch panel, but I guess I'd stay away. I need flushing to work 100% of the time! I guess I'll rely on the good old mechanical system.

We have tested the actuator plate intensly and think it might have been an installation mistake. @@ShailenSobhee

@@ShailenSobhee Had a lot of these plates installed in our high-end projects. Never ever had a problem with them except when the client decided to install the system with their own plumber that of course did not followed the installation manual because he told the client that he doesn't need it. It was a 5 minute fix of course after that from our team, but until it was fixed every party blamed the product. From my experience, in 99% of the cases, the problem is with the installation, and to be more precise, that lack of following the installation manual. Cheers to Geberit for making such good products and such a good Installation Manual videos.
