I got the same one - almost my first TC Barlow. I had a sawcut sepia bone in 2021 but sold it on because it had a proud backspring when open. This latest one has no such problems, it's perfectly made. The sawcut doesn't look like proper sawcut though, it's more like a regular carving, and I'm not yet convinced by richlite (a kind of paper-based micarta). Other owners have reported that the dye loses its colour fast. Sizewise, it's good, but about as small as I want to go. A #14 crosses the line into too-small territory. But overall buddy, I'm with you - it's just nice to have that TC-bolstered icon.

Thanks for sharing Pete, I picked up the tractor green saw cut bone and I was really hoping that the pull was stronger than the Urban Jack that I picked up as well but unfortunately I had to move both of them, it was just too light for me but to each his own, they are absolutely beautiful that is undeniable.

That's a good one there Pete!! I like that a lot better than the Urban Jack!! The color in the scales and jigging is right up my alley and there's no "DUDE" etched on the blade!! LOL!!

Wasn't super interested in this one when I saw it on the production schedule. I generally prefer natural materials for covers, but once I saw the first images of it I understood. It looks uncannily like brown sawcut bone. Cheers man!

Great knife buddy. The pull on all their knives have been pretty light lately. All of the 14s were awful light. The urban jacks too. Anyways, it's a beauty and I'm glad ya finally got a TC 👍

Wow, beautiful knife. Love it. My favourite blade shape. Btw I think flipper knives are mostly horribly boring and most have zero character. Old school knives ftw.
