I have a Belgian-made Sierra transistor (a rebadged Philips) form 1963, full of AF-series transistors that is also working perfectly. They are both in the FM block and IF strip. Just pulled it off the shelf to check and it's still very much alive.

We had a Philips Sierra 5 band tube radio 1950s model and it was made in Netherlands . It was an amazing radio and had an excellent reception with hi fi quality sound.

Bit more.volume on your next video please.....volume is at max on my device and still quiet where others videos are loud...just saying 😊

I did a check and parts of it are a bit quieter than the last video but it was a bit of a difficult edit and I didn't do the usual overall level check at the end. However, I've noticed that my videos are in general around 10dB quieter than others on YT. So I will increase it for future videos. Thanks for informing me about this.
