Good Morning,Get Sum Math! I purchased the Texas Instruments TI-30XS Multiview Calculator suggested& on these substitutions My answer to the 2 question : Simplify when x=-5 is giving the answer of 43.75 or 175 /4 which is no where near Ure answer of -4.5? I have plugged the equation in ExactlY as U did on Ure calculator. What am I doing wrong,Sir?!?!?

Hey there, there are a couple things that can mess this one up: 1) Making sure to use the white negative button on the bottom of the calculator when you input -5 2) Putting (-5) in parentheses when you do each substitution. 3) Making sure the fraction has everything up top divided by everything in the bottom. Let me know how you're inputting it and we can see why it's not working!

Hi, why did u put -5 in parentheses?

Anytime you substitute a letter to a number, it'll always work correctly if you put it in parentheses 👍🏼

I think you make an ged calculator app I didn’t find any for ios I think you can make good money to Just make it exactly like ged one

Right? TI owns all of the intellectual property and copyrights, so they would have to be the ones to make the app unfortunately
