Greetings - Thank you for your video. I have a problem when I use the app the doors close when using the open door and close when you open it. Thank you in advance.

Hello 👋 not sure I completely understand the question. But the app feature works this way, a short click will open the door and a longer press will lock the door. I personally don't ever use the lock feature because I set the lock to auto lock after 15 seconds. Hope this helps

I think you chose the wrong hinge direction in the app. You change it in the settings

Mine doesn't do anything when I lock or unlock it from the app, it must be faulty

We're you able to set up thumb print and passcode rf cards

Yes the thumbprint works and says it's unlocking, it just doesn't do anything

@@lukemcraig have been trying my app but it works each time. I was thinking it was a connection issue for you but if you're able to set up a finger print and code then the app is connecting so that's not the issue. Since we rarely use the app for entry normally finger prints and rf cards. But I tested my app and it works so I can't re-create what's happening with you. Sorry could not find a solution for you.
