I love this group, Laura's use of facial expression, hank's clear head, Yuri's wit, and Alison's enthusiasm. It's a full production, and I enjoy every character for their own reasons, and each player is giving it their all. I would feel so intimidated to DM this game, and I applaud everyone involved for how fun this story has been so far.

This was a fun episode - Lem is increasingly badass, drunk Kiliel was adorable, and I want "5 Gold and a Party" on a t-shirt. My only concern is that it followed the same basic formula as Episode 1. The heroes travel somewhere, meet the locals, get free beer and clown around for a bit... then an injured NPC rushes in to tell them there's trouble, and they run off to fight some random bad guys. Plus, we're two episodes in and we still don't know what the point of the campaign is going to be. I know it's only the second episode, and I'm sure Wheaton has things up his sleeve, but I'm hoping some more significant plot starts kicking in next week. A setting this interesting and characters this likeable need a solid storyline to match.

Did you miss the "Don't worry, this extremely powerful demon lord in an ancient artifact that the main quest giver owns is definitely protected by a good, solid containment system"? I think that's PROBABLY going to come up again as a major villain or, possibly, misunderstood ally if Wheaton's in a tricky mood.

Anony Anonymous Yeah, but the _players_ came up with the demon jar, not the GM. Which isn't to say that he couldn't work it into the story later (I sure as hell would) but it's probably not a major part of the overarching plot.

Rob Pegler I know this episode's a month old, so the plot has surely developed since, but my criticism so far is that not every character needs to be obsessed with beer. The game just started and heralding beer is a way for them to break the ice with their characters, so that's good. As they grow more comfortable with their roles in the game, they'll probably start developing more dynamic narratives.

It's out now, and it's great! There are some things that are not in the series, which make it interesting for the people who have viewed Titansgrave already. Fortunately, my party has not, so I get to have them go through this without being informed by these actors' decisions. We've also gone to several locations in a prologue that we wrote together. It's how they got to The Pegasus that was what I wanted to work on.

He is an old senile 1/8ork ( calls himself a half-ork), who refuses to pass on the the heritage of the brewery to anybody. Still the oll'Goreguts brew is known trhoughout the land and he brought forth some of the best beer recepies on the continent.
