VERY helpful review - detailed yet simple and straight forward at the same time and crucially actually showed us print outs close up to the camera - amazing how many don't. Everything I needed to make a final decision in 3 mins flat after hours of trying to obtain the same information and opinion online prior. Shame the AI video 'reviews' that aren't reviews at all come up in search sooner, this should definitely be higher - thank you!

Nice printer, color toner printers have come a long way, good to see that there was no “bleeding” in grew prints.

Hi, thank you for your videos and the quality of your review with the essentials informations and real test. Really appreciate it. Is there any quality difference of printing between this model and MFC-L3750CDW that you test a few month ago ? The 3240 is impressive but if I could have a good scan at the same time, it could be great... It seems that the 3240's quality printing are better than the HL-L8360CDW that you test 5 years ago, right ?

There are small refinements between models. It would be hard to see print quality difference.

Thank you for the review. I love that you mentioned your sample paper was 100gsm and it can go up to 160gsm. Im wondering if you meant this to be the main paper tray, and if the manual feeder can accomodate more than that. We usually print cards with our 10 year old samsung laser printer, it is fine with 180gsm and struggles a little with 200gsm but manageable. Im wondering if the manual feed tray would allow it, and also if using the manual feed tray would allow the document to come out in the usual way (on top). Ive been looking all over youtube and it seems like brother printers want you to open the back for manual tray feeds to come out, my samsung doesnt have to do that, neither does my space allow for access to an open back end of the printer Your thoughts?

I am not 100% sure. Best to check on the. Brother website for paper specs.

I was looking at a brother LED printer from Amazon for our house, but the toner seems very expensive. Any comments on this?

The toner is sometimes on offer. I would always stick to OEM toner. It seems economical overall.

I'd love to see a page printed... with some drawings on it, not just writing, you know? Haven't found it on the internet yet

It prints drawings very well. Thanks for watching.

I know of 'inkjet' and laser (mono & colour), but what's with 'LED' printer? Could you elaborate on that please? Is it still a laser printer (as you showed toners/cartridges)? Thanks.

LED printers can offer many benefits over laser printers, including a smaller size, lighter weight, simplified mechanical parts, quiet operation, and lower power consumption. Laser printers use a complex system of lenses and mirrors to print. 🤓👍🏻

Sorry, I no longer have this to check. It is most likely a driver setting.

Yes, but I recommend OEM toner.

I think the legal size paper which is 8.5" X 14" cannot fit inside the feed drawer (because I may be designed for the A4 paper size). The question now is, would it be possible to print on such a long paper by feeding that long paper manually?

Alot of money for a printer that just prints...Doesn't scan or copy and costs even more for these features 😞

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this. Quality and reliability costs a little more in this case.
