It was Fox studios that Ryan Reynolds was trying to convince to get this movie green lit. That’s why during the cgi “leaked” version he says “hello Tom” at the end, of course he’s referring to Tom Rothman Foxs president at the time. I’m so glad they took a chance on a rated R superhero movie, we got three amazing Deadpool’s out of it.

I didn't realize that on the Tom reference but I loved that he leaked the video and what it led to! We got three amazing films with Reynolds.
