Make your own Nihilakh Oxide Technical Paint

Found a great color match yesterday. Liquitex Bright Aqua Green, in their basics line. All it needs is a tiny drop or two of brown to darken the color just a hair. A 4oz tube runs about $4-$5 US, and is available is just about any art store, including the big box art stores (Michael's, AC Moore, Hobby Lobby) where 40-50% off coupons are plentiful.

I actually used some army painter hydra turquoise, army painter matte white, and some freaking eyeglass lens cleaner I had laying around because it literally had all the components that you typically se in flow improvers and it worked amazing.

I made my own before to paint verdigris on my epic scale scenery- I just used a drop of vallejo paint, a sort of turquoise colour, with a very small dab of dark angels green from GW, and watered it down. Worked (almost) exactly the same and the colour was a near match to the oxide paint. The only difference is it didnt have the same chalky look to the paint, but from one foot away on a table I don't think you can tell the difference. Any turquoise and dark green paint will get a similar colour to the GW one, so no need to go out and colour match, unless you are intending to paint an army of just ghosts!

Sound seems good, video was fine except for the digital garble in the middle (I think this is a common problem with go pros). Tip was pretty legit too.

Make Typhus Corrosion or a rust effect paint, use some fine grain sand and matte medium, and some brown black, It Looks easy but I haven't seen any videos on it.

Doesn't Nihilakh Oxide have a slight pearlescent effect? Which is easy enough to add with pearl effect paint.
