Yes. I think a comment on another video on the trailer said that the Marine Corps still uses the poem today for psychological training, or something. The original poem is from Rudyard Kipling's time in South Africa during the Second Boer War.

The poem, boots boots boots, feels so iconic for this movie trailer. A poem meant to test men, or drive them to madness. And at the end of the trailer, the poem starts all over again. The entire trailer is a mix of constant zombie tropes, and truley unsettling, horrifying imagery. The scene of the figures frolicking down the hill with the blue sky at their backs, bodies twisting against themselves in mock agony; perfection.

The audio is from Rudyard Kipling’s poem, “Boots”, from 1915. 60,000 British infantrymen marched endlessly through South Africa, capturing settlement after settlement. 22,000 Solders lost their lives. The poem suggests that this psychological torture surpasses even the horrors of Hell itself, as the speaker declares after six weeks of marching that Hell contains no “fire-devils-dark or anything” - only the endless movement of boots Respect to @Grundam-bruh who posted this message on another 28 years trailer ... no plagiarism here
