Honestly a guilty pleasure of mine is the fact I love parks like this over realism, PlanCo was made for whacky shenanigans and you do it so well.
@ThemePark-TVАй бұрын
I’ve always thought creators back themselves into a corner with realism. It’s cool, but the interesting park and content is more important. And we as an audience don’t burn the good creators out as they slave over perfect realism.

Theres some interesting nostalgia and comfort your videos bring. I dont know what for but theyre just something lovely about a man ramble on about waterparks whilst making something pretty.

@janeharrison835Ай бұрын
Oooh, nice work! For the doughnut ride return, a rustic looking wooden mineworking shed would disguise the 'disappearing' rings and provide somewhere for the staff to 'pull' the rings from. As for the bottom, maybe a small cosmetic 'lazy river' pool/tunnel to float the rings down to the conveyor? Can't see staff hauling them all that way by hand all day!
@dvmed89Ай бұрын
Maybe you could put a little canopy or like tunnel style roof at the top of the ring return, so you can't really see them disappearing into the rocks. You just see them entering under a canopy? Amazing work as always though, loving it! 👍🏻
@joofa11Ай бұрын
The before and after shots are so awesome. While it definitely has a certain aesthetic appeal to just see towers upon towers with exposed slides coming off them from all directions, to have the area be fully themed and enclosed into terrain just hits the right spots. I still can't get over that waterfall spitting out the tubes! You could manipulate your wooden area above the flumes to make it line up as the tubes shooting down into a hole.
@edwarddevries9214Ай бұрын
For the section where the staff return the innertubes; a track of conveyor rollers would look super realistic. the staff would load them on the track and it gravity feeds into the conveyor to be taken up individually.

Wow. Amazing. I have no idea how the creators build so fast and efficiently. Its been a struggle bus on my end trying to create anything but its all about learning. Yeah everyone seems to be having the same issue with trying to create animated scenes / elements. I think I already mentioned this on another video but they should really add a animatronics track builder. Completely invisible, or very minimal, that you can build and put together like a track ride, which has animatronic nub on the rail in place of the cart onto which you can mount stuff. They can even add coaster like features later on to slow, speed up, pause certain sections. Then people can actually build moving elements and animatronic like features themselves such as the parade cars or in your case amazing conveyer tubes. But an amazing job on your end. Everything looks incredible. Looking forward to the next video
@GeekismАй бұрын

You do really well with the split between play and content, I think. I thought, fleetingly, that I might share some of my FO4 settlements and ESO housing on YT (because sometimes it's just nice to show off your dollhouse, y'know?) but now that YT is such a Big Thing, I find the whole process a bit intimidating. Even googling how-tos, something I'm usually pretty good at, leads me to a whole lot of stuff about monetisation, marketing, theming your stuff, blah blah and I just want to know how to do a simple walk-through, description VO and nothing else just for friends to have a look at. Really makes me wish I'd not listened to my now ex-husband when he told me that making videos on the 'net was a "stupid idea" back in the 2000s, when my brain still functioned. Ah, well. 🤣 I love how this is turning out!

Nice work! Just have a Title correction: FIVE new slides....you forgot to count the new "raft falls" ride you've built by accident. Also, for the start of the raft conveyor, what about a little short "tunnel" for the implied realism? It could have an opening by the 3 rafts on the ground, and an opening at the start of the moving rafts.
@GeekismАй бұрын
Haha, yeah that fifth slide doesn't pass OSHA lol Great idea on the tunnel though... will use!
