We've come a long way from E3 2004 reggie compared to modern reggie. He felt more real back then since Nintendo had to be more aggressive.

SummerWave All fighting games are peer to peer as input lag would be unbearable if you had to connect to a server. Better match making and allowing people the ability to see how good or bad their connection is would be nice to see if you are the problem. I suspect Splatoon 2 would be a little better if they had dedicated servers but I guess Nintendo made the determination that it was not a big enough improvement to host their own servers.

SummerWave you may try connecting over Ethernet and see if your issues go away. They mention that wireless can cause lag. It could also be the people you are connecting to while playing online.

SummerWave Better match making would resolve this. Can you name a fighting game that has dedicated servers? I played Street Fighter IV on my PS3 and experienced similar issues with lag. Lag would be bad for everyone if dedicated servers were used. They should work together with others triple A games like rockstars and others, I mean who wouldn't love to play Red Redemption 2 on their switch? since PlayStation won't be making any handheld console any more why don't take this opportunity for better ? I've been thinking of buying one but all I've seen was whole lot of Indie games title and Less High graphic games ,i could appreciate that they brings wolfenstein to switch platform but we want more ,how about call of duty? Reggie literally says sometimes this philosophy doesn't work out but they keep at it 'til it does. Not defending their decisions like the voice chat app, but this philosophy led to the Switch when everyone was telling them to just make a box that plays games.

The gaming competition is really pissing me off... Just, i personally don't like the Switch, because i wish to be able to have no visual limits on SMO or BotW ! (Thanks to CEMU, BotW is looking gorgeous ! But... An OFFICIAL released of BotW would have been better tho.)

Ping Pong Oh...? Then what about the fact that i spend 300$US on a system that i don't like... JUST FOR THE SAKE OF PLAYING SMASH !! I mean, yeah visuals shouldn't matter that much... But what if someone wants to play a Nintendo game on...I dunno... on ANY other system than the Switch ! So yeah, my point is... i rather play Nintendo games on my Personal Computer ! Because I'll be honest with you, limits DO NOT exist on PC ! And i love to feel unlimited, not just for the graphics, but mostly MODS !
