FANTASTIC!! Wow! I was less than a year old and my family moved up here in April of 69 and our little town has grown nicely over the years. Thanks for sharing this wonderful classic footage Yeah Spokane!

Thank you for this. It's neat seeing my home 15 years before I was even born. While I've traveled a lot & lived other places, Spokane is and always will be home to me.

Though I was born in 63 I remember George Ft. Wright Air Force Base being Fort Wright College in the 70s run by the Holy Names nuns. My brother went to college there. It’s nice that they kept a lot of the original buildings from the base at that time. Nice video!

WOW!!! thanx for posting this!! spokane has changed so much over the years. train tracks gone, other stuff built... i couldn't identify the large white building on the north side of the river, by the flour mill. any body know what it was? not part of the bakery? and, i didnt even know footage of natatorium park existed!!
