I just received my kit yesterday but the tip sizing is off. The tips run really small and I cant even get a fit for my thumbs...normally a zero is too large for most.

The best light to cure is the Melodysusie goose lamp, i bought it so easy to vuew what your doibg....no bubbles, and definitely straight nail sets you guys should try the lamp, is a bit costy but so worth it🤣

Second comment yay! I really wish I had it in me to spend this much on this kit it’s pretty neat for someone who doesn’t have any of these things. I’ve been putting my tips on like this for about a year now with gel tips from somewhere else and my potted gel I love how long they last etc only thing I’m missing is that lamp which I may invest in since it’s only $27 with coupon!

All you need is full coverage tips and base gel it's works the same just be sure to prep your nails really good apres and kiara sky are ripping off people when you can get these items cheaper

They have mentioned they will be offering shorter lengths at some point. Right now the only ones I've seen are from Apres and Kokoist. I read somewhere that you compromise the strength when you shorten them but I never had issues so who knows.

In order to make the most out of the tips and for them to last as long as possible, just make sure your nails are very prepped, no dead skin, and use alcohol for them to be dry and with no oils. I think it will be okay with out step 1&2 as long as they’re very prepped.

You do not need to file the gel nails!!

Yes, you do. When you follow the rules, down to the very last step, your manicure can last a very LONG time. The gelly tips need to be filed before and after putting them on.
