Energy is transmitted through his words. Truth when spoken by anyone is very powerful. “What comes from the heart, goes into the heart.” He has become one with truth. He has no duality. So the words he speaks and the consciousness which comes out and into the world and into the one listening to him is directly receiving pure energy. Like a channel. It will help heal many things.. you don’t even have to like him. :) It works Unconditionally. There are other great masters who have the same impact, but not all of them are publicly available. Sadhguru is authentic 100%. Energy creates a vibration, in turn, causes chemical and physical reactions, in turn, causing you to feel and act in a certain way. Every person, every item of food........the list can be endless, energy can either benefit us or hurt us. Through meditation, I have come to my own personal thought/ conclusion is that we strive to perfect our energy and fix our Karma in order to prevent rebirth.
