GELATO ALLA MANDORLA

INGREDIENTI
• 4 tuorli
• 140 gr zucchero
• 500 ml latte di mandorla
PROCEDIMENTO
Scaldare il latte di mandorla e nel frattempo sbattere bene i tuorli con lo zucchero.
Versare a filo il latte nelle uova e zucchero e farla leggermente addensare, non deve mai bollire.
Lasciare raffreddare leggermente.
Poi versare il composto nella gelatiera già raffreddata e impostare raffreddamento più miscelazione per 35 minuti.
Servire il gelato con biscotti e mandorle a lamelle.
