I've been playing with the concepts you presented here for almost a full month now, and I cannot get enough. I've made some with glue gun tree branches that are more stark, and some that are deeply detailed like full-on Where's Waldo. Thank you so much for being the springboard that plunged me into the deep end! Your work is so beautiful and inspiring, and your tutorials are easy to follow. I can't wait to see what you make next!

You've inspired me to get out my gelli plates. In the past I used them for scrapbooking and cards but had stopped in past years in favor of fine art, I didn't realize that anyone was making such wonderful artwork with them! You've done Fantastic Art!

Could you tell me more about the type of paper you used to take the print? How heavy is your paper? I like heavier paper because you can work it, paint on top of it, etc. but the heavier the paper, the less it picks up your paint.
@gabriellemckinnon3533 жыл бұрын
Hi Vonalda this was 180gsm smooth card (liviano brand). I find that it picks up paint well and the smooth surface is great for detail. I'd just avoid anything too textured.
