Lovely card! I love bugs and numbers and would love that beetle stamp but a bit difficult, expensive to order for me. I have experimented with stamping on different tissues and napkins and also tried coloring in with an alcohol marker, so much fun. I feel I learn a new thing every day! 😊

Wonderful card! I need to use my TH tissue more often. Also Ceri I want to thank you for showing us it’s ok to not like a component and to remove/change it. So many times we think we have to leave a part “as is” even though we have decided at the end we really don’t care for it. I have learned so much watching you “fix” an area/part to something you like better. ❤

Neat card! The graphic effect of mostly black and white with well placed spots of color is very appealing. I don't care for bugs in real life (except for bees, butterflies, ladybugs and dragonflies), but it's kinda weird - I do love bugs in art - fabulous!

Just remembered! The bug is the geli print! He put the paint for the outline of the bug stamp on the geli and put the stamp into the paint and then stamped it onto the tissue. Duh!

Hi Sandra, when I launched the challenge video I mentioned that the gel plate element could be anything generated by a gel plate or a by product of the gel plate so that digitals of gel prints could be used, brayer off sheets could be used and to encourage artists to use the gel plate in different ways. I used the gel plate as an ink pad to pick up black acrylic paint to be able to stamp the beetle onto gift wrap tissue. Thank you for asking as I’m sure other will also question this.
