Gem Mining in Pyro is the best game loop in Star Citizen 4.0!

one thing I love about SC, is that a seemingly simple or split second decision to save you 4 seconds of waiting (boosting into a hanger) can cost you HOURS of gameplay...the most brutal game I've ever played. The best part though, is that sometimes you can figure out a way to recover, sometimes you can't. But when it all comes together, especially with some help from a friend is what makes this game amazing.

In each of the Pyro stations, the medical bay is in the same place. Follow from "Entrance" up the stairs to a four way loop with a structure in the middle. In one way, you will see "Shops" and in one of the others you will see the medical bays. The third path is usually a small branch of weapons and armor or its the habs.

You can use the item kiosk to move drinks into your armor. It's much better than bringing them up on the freight elevator and having to move each one at a time. Also, you can reuse empty ones if you have a stack of 2 in your armor. Just carry one from the stack and it's full again. You never have to buy more again.

I scan all the rocks first, then I can usually crack 2 at a time, get first one into the green, as high as I can get it without going red, then move straight onto the next. Repeat this till they all cracked then scoop the lot up in one go.

Sometimes have to go back to first rock for a few secs if it don’t crack before the green bar reduces. Just make sure it stays charged.

when i have the glitch where the ship is stuck in the hanger elevator hanger, i've gone back to the lobby and found that it gives the store option again, even if it showed "claim" down in the hanger, and you don't lose the items in your ship. for future reference, so u don't have to give up on the 2 million in your cargo.. but yeah, this version is still very very buggy in so many different ways.

You should never use the ASOP outside of the hangers. You should have a hanger there if you have a ship at that station. Go to another elevator until you see your name, or switch servers. You should get the hanger to show up. SC might be buggy, but from my experience, many of them can be avoided if you tippy-toe around them.
