This video rocks because he's totally struggling despite beeing completely alone all the time... nobody hurts him, nothing happens, but he is still suffering like crazy...screaming a bit like a woman in the refrain. So there are two hypotheses: 1) what makes him suffer must be something really dramatic 2) it could also be something not dramatic, he simply wants to show that men too can go crazy and suffer like women... the only difference is that they don't tend not to show it in public... they vent it when they are completely alone, with nobody around, like him in this video
