He's probably un evolved. But there's efficient ways to communicate problems with them, if u cannot stay as cool and collected as them in face to face. So it's usually thru long ass messages, or audio notes. the message needs to be as rational and clear as possible, asking them to chose between either 2 solutions, so they feel like they have agency. For example say "I expected this, but this happened, you didn't intended this but now I feel this way, so I will take some time away, while you can fix this, only if you want to, but I can not put up with this no more, what you say?" And bc they always struggle to make decisions just like libras, they will focus on the choice to make, instead of trying to gaslight you, as it is their defensive mechanism. putting them coldly in front of the consequences, instead of lashing out in arguments. To be very direct and confrontational, intheirface shouting, is absolutely a no no with most air signs., especially the unevolved ones. They can't handle emotions, especially sadness, anger and frustration, and they usually try to Fly out of the situation. Be genuine, vulnerable but icy, then disappear for few days.
