My Uncle is a stone mason. I have had over involvement from family in the past. My Dad’s ex was very like that. When I struggled financially, she suggested to live with her and my Dad. That would have been a nightmare, as I would feel trapped and she owned me money (be toxic). She has now lost her home! I feel more isolated this time of year. Maybe not a bad thing, due to intensity of family. I do have chronic pain. I had reflexology the other day and I had no idea how much tension I held in my feet. I get regular massages to help, as well as exercising regular, but also allowing myself times of rest. Hope you had a lovely thanksgiving too. Thank you, Lenore ☺️🙏
