I do need to get a handle on my health, daily routines, start making healthier food choices, and I definitely need you start exercising again. I’m in that phase now and it’s affecting my stomach horribly. I won’t speak on my plans too much but I have been looking into relocation assist there’s no resources where I live for jobs kids or family period ! I’m definitely in the boring stage and I love it here. People around me don’t understand it but they see me and that’s all that matters 🎯🎯🎯 Overeating processed food definitely got me by a choke hold though. I’ve given up the 🍃🥂but the snacks have become comfort foods during stressful times. Social media consistency is required for what I do though. I always disappear from social media when I’m deep healing then I feel like I’m abandoning my followers and community

I have diverticulitis which is all in the solar plexus area. I was told that the pain is normally below the naval but mine is directly in the solar plexus to which the doctors said was extremely uncommon. I just got a protective order for my ex boyfriend and he lived with me. I’m moving out next week, getting a different car, and eventually a new job so he will not find me ever again. I cried for a week. I’m also 12 days clean and sober today and so grateful I was sober when everything went down. He has 4 felony charges and more on the way.
