I love when she says that she is ebarassed about her friends finding out she likes larping. I think she was talking to Pix at the time. This does make sense though she did say that her becoming a princess was a "revelation" to Sausage like she just realised it fit with the asthetic of what she was building and went with it.

Something I'm really confused about is, well.. Gem said there's only one human Gem which yeah there is😂 and she doesn't want to simultaneously play two charecters at once, especially if her two charecters meet and she had to do all that work with green screen and stuff, she just wants to play with her friends and have fun, not do too much with the lore. But the thing is.. that wouldn't really be a problem for her, it would only be a problem for False, because her hermitcraft self was late to the 8PM BST thing that Grian sent all of them to come to the rift. And to be honest that was a great excuse to not have her hermitcraft self come along, but she still made this thing with her having a double life. But also just because Gem said there's only one human Gem, does that mean there's only one minecraft Gem too? If let's say Empires Gem this whole time had a portal and did world-hopping and changed personalities to Hermitcraft Gem that wouldn't make sense. Because then why was Hermitcraft Gem and Empires Gem at the portal in the same time? And more importantly why was she even confused about the portal? She would need her own portal to world hop and if she went to hermitcraft and saw the same rift she would connect the dots and be the only hermit and emperor that wouldn't be confused of what the rift was. The only explanation I can think of is that there ARE two Gems. But Gem can break the fourth wall and know exactly what her other world self is like or something.

Empires gem whent to the rift before grian sent a letter through and hermicaft gem was there after the hermits went througt so she was hearing herself from the past and the rift can probebly warp time and space also for her to travel between worlds it's probebly not with the portal but by using the game menu

@@anirmouha2867 Yeah I get that's not how her human self could travel between worlds she just changes games but I'm talking about inside the game with the actual charecters. Since I said that I get theres only one human Gem but my question was is there two minecraft Gems. I guess it makes sense that mabye she heard her empires self through the portal mabye from the past, but it still doesn't make sense why she was confused about the portal.

Maybe she doesn’t use a portal to travel between worlds but rather has a special ability to take control of whichever Gem she wants to be. Like if, for example, Empires Gem finishes a big new build and is feeling tired in that world, she can just go to.. sleep? and open her eyes as the Hermitcraft Gem that’s full of energy and enthusiasm. This way, she wouldn’t know about the portal and how it works. Lastly to address the Gem hearing herself issue, it could be three things. First theory is that time in both universes is actually just out of sync but when she hops between them she always wakes up at an equivalent time to the one in another reality. Not the same time, but equivalent, which leads to her hearing herself. I also once theorized about how the life series connects the multiverse, because Grian already knows some people from there. I thought that maybe it connects people through sleep in equivalent time in different realities. The second idea is that there is just a delay in the rift and all universes run with the same time everywhere, which simplifies the out-of-sync time theory but yet there is the paper messaging that didn’t take that long to happen. So the third and last theory is that time in different universes is dynamically changing. This can lead to perfectly synced timeline that then changes to one of two running slower and all of that. So because of that the rift may be opened only when the universes are perfectly or almost perfectly in sync. Then the life series could be a bridge between them that did not connect them directly, again I’m settling with equivalent time theory. This intern leads to the fact that all time it only relative and no perfect linear timeline exist with something always being warped. But that’s just a theory, a Minecraft SMP multiverse theory! And nobody should take these things really seriously as theorizing these things is just fun
