A Hardcore Minecraft series. Focusing on a slower progression of the game, hopefully without death. Today we mine our first diamonds and begin getting rich! Between mining with fortune enchants and villager trading at our fortress we will soon be very over powered! We also explore, finding new treasure and biomes, and do some farming.

Finding early diamonds: 1. Strip mining or 2. Caving. 1 is safest and a bit boring 2 can be much FASTER but involves more danger. 2. Finding caves at diamond level: a. Dig straight at diamond level (lvl 10-12) b. Use Subtitles: ON to see faint sounds and directions. c. Explore any noises indicative of cavities. Good luck.

ok, i dont normally comment, but wanted to say thank you. i know there are vids with people explaining how to upgrade or design villages, but most just have built outlines, and i dont know why but it always felt overwhelming. SO much so that i never bothered to try it, but watching your vid and seeing how you interacted, or adapted the village for your game honestly helped me figure out how to work out a few issues and help make it seem not so overwhelming.

I love how your so scattered with all of your creative ideas and you just do them all at once then you just farm for an hour then do ideas for 30 min then farm for 5 min then go mining for 2 hours... I think you should spend your diamonds on a pickaxe, and armor. Eventually when you get more diamonds you will be able to get diamond tools!

I agree. A diamond pickaxe is the first thing I craft when I get enough diamonds. The armor is also really important!

11:20 they spawn in such cave like places because most strong holds are in villages. so if there’s a lot of caves in that village that means that might be where the strong hold is. :p
