For the sugar cane farm I recommend using daylight sensors and bringing the pistons down, that was no sugar cane gets stuck and sugar cane does take like 20 minutes to grow anyway

For smelter fuel...i like building dripstone lava farm, with piston conveyer belts looping in a big pattern...big enough and the cauldrons will be filled by the time they come back around. With unlimited shulkers, and a shulker loader, you can afk and fill a chest of shulkers of lava buckets...and then just use those to reload a furnace array now and then. Not quite as op as a super smelter directly fed by bamboo farm...but pretty good, and easy to to transport fuel to wherever you want to have smelters..

In my minecraft survival world , i build a huge project , which is still unfinished after nearly 1 year of building , its a huge skyscraper that contains every single farm type , one on each floor , and it is still not fininished as i need to fill remaining two floors with the hardest farms to build , i call it The Expium and you can try building a similiar thing too !

These types of video are really fun, but if you are thinking of playing some more survival, I think that another good idea would be too start a new world(or if you don't want to give up one that you have, then just "lose all your items"[place them in a safe chest]), and then spend 100 days from zero trying too see how quickly you can become powerful, building as many "farms" as fast as you can, starting off with simple ones and ending with ones that are more advanced. I think this "idea" could become more entertaining if at some point early on in the "days", you started to only rely on your farms, limiting yourself to only being able to collect and use resources that you have "farmed. Then you could use the material from these farms(like cobblestone), to advance to more difficult ones.

On bedrock i built an automatic leather farm for the purpose of villager trading via a mushroom island and the spawn mechanics of mooshrooms. Its just built up in the sky and is similar to a mob farm to best make use of the limited simulation distance each level has 4 half sized platforms made from mycelium along walls facing toward the center with each level using 4 dispensers instead of 1 which doubles the spawnable area. I also made an ink farm for the same reason because of how easy it is to do on bedrock. Squids on nedrock can spawn on any y level so you just build a big funnel above the ocean 20 blocks above the chute which itself is farther than the simulation distance. I found the best results from testing in creative mode was having it be 2 tiers.

@@Chaza yeah having it set up just like a regular mob farm works fine on java but the redstone mechanics on bedrock change how observers work. And since i can only build it 6 levels i figured basically inverting the design which even though quadruples the amount of observers, dispensers, and water buckets i have to use also doubles the amount of spawnable area and fixes the redstone it was worth my while. You also get a ridiculous amount of raw beef from it which can be traded too

Awesome video! Is there a way to make the Enderman farm fully automatic? Maybe with magma blocks or wither roses in the drop chute? I know they'd instantly teleport back up to the spawning platform, but after enough cycles of that, would they die down there? Or do they teleport before they die and leave their drops on the spawning platform?
