Professionals like this one giving back what they've learned has always helped me more than anything else. In my opinion the Gen 2 is the best setup out there with the accumulation tank. I also run a 2 pump system but have the option of running both pumps at the same time in parallel so that I can either rinse faster with getting 9 to 11 gpm or on big jobs putting down my mix faster. I recently finished a 130 tall spillway tower 30 yards out in the water and running in parallel to put down 11 gpm made a HUGE difference.

Thanks for posting this. I like the Gen 2 system but I'm struggling with time. It took me 2.5 hrs to wash a 1500 sq ft ranch, lol. Do you use a pressure washer for rinses and wetting down plants? Or maybe I just need more practice.

Great video man😊👍🏼 Just a question for you because I need to understand this idea a little bit better. Why is it that people have the battery in the back and why charge it separate from your alternator in your truck? Can’t you just connect the system to the truck battery?
@powerfulimprovements4 жыл бұрын
Sun Sweeping Service you would have to keep the truck running I believe and would likely kill a regular battery. We run 12v on deep cycle marine battery. Which I believe you could charge if you wired it to the truck. I have not tried yet
@SunSweepingServices4 жыл бұрын
Powerful Improvements, It may be a good idea to look into it my friend. I don’t do power washing or soft washing yet but I used to do pressure washing. Now I run a street sweeping business and we have auxiliary engines that run off the same battery on my trucks. I also run 12 V pumps on my street sweeping trucks just to spray the concrete or whatever surface we are street sweeping to give it a nice look and keep dust at a minimum. All of it is run off the same battery. I don’t think the battery in the back is even necessary but I’m not sure either. Like you said, it would be a good idea to have the extra battery just so you do not have to constantly run the truck. You could have something to monitor the voltage on the battery and when it hits a certain point start the truck to recharge or just keep the extra battery but connect it directly to the terminals in the engine compartment so that your alternator can charge both batteries.
@powerfulimprovements4 жыл бұрын
Sun Sweeping Service I believe you can. It’s just a matter of having it done correctly.

Sorry, I'm just don't see the difference between a pump on a truck hooked to a wand and a jrod, or a pump in the well house hooked to a hose and nozzle. Also there is mold wash that hooks to hoses that can reach pretty high. I still prefer a high volume low pressure tip on a washer for proper rinse. The 0 tip just doesn't detail it good enough.
@yubentuben25333 жыл бұрын
You do know that the mold is still there right? The bleach just makes it invisible, it has to be pushed off the surface still. Not happening with a 0 tip.
