I bought a used Gen 2 Ford Raptor and the previous owner saved me a ton of time and money on modifications! (Plus I added some of my own)

My 18 Raptor doesn't not have any chips with the factory running board. A Raptor should not have those running boards because of the wide fender flares.

Function over form in my case. Besides looks, biggest drawback is the weight of the canopy keeps the stance rear biased with the level springs up front. New rear leafs coming soon...

You can get PPF on the fender to not damage the paint

That’s the correct tailgate, the truck was not ordered with the Raptor appliqué which is the big plastic Ford logo on back. I think it’s $295 option.

The applique is a free option. The F150 badge on the tailgate, is not a Raptor thing. Something here isn't right. The sit of it is also weird. Not sure why a 2018 would be altered like this honestly.

The big FORD tailgate applique is standard on the Raptor. You can order it without at no additional charge. This truck was built to the previous owners spec. He chose applique delete as an 'option'

bed rug is not factory, thats dealer installed. the bed stickers were removed. the hood/bed stickers come together. you also do not have the tailgate "raptor" plastic trim panel

why’s the tailgate look like a standard f-150? I thought the large ford emblem was stock in the 2nd gen? guess not. sweet truck nonetheless

It’s called the “tailgate appliqué” and it’s actually an option you can pay for at Ford. Although most people order the raptors with them so the ones without them are more rare.

Hey I’m a fellow raptor owner myself. I have 2018 v6 eco boost and I was wondering if you had any suggestions for an exhaust/muffler. All I’ve done previously was remove the bigger of the two mufflers.

Someone replaced the tailgate with 2019 or newer, that's not a Raptor tailgate...it is F150 and someone glued on Raptor emblem.

If you ever went onto the raptor build page on Ford website, it’s an option you can check box for the 2018+ models. It comes standard, but you can order without it. Nothings wrong with this raptor.

TY! Yes. A little. But it mostly collects around the bottom of the tail gate. Never enough that I have to clean it on a regular basis.
