Attack animation on Hyperbeam has changed. It's still slow, but faster than it used to be. However, you'd probably want a psychic type quick move, and a fairy type charge move. Reasons being: Blissey, being normal type, may have fighting types thrown at it. Or people will have to use their Dragonites to burn through all that HP. I think Gyrados also works. My 100% IV Blissey didn't hold the gym I placed it at overnight and I don't think it got double teamed so I don't know what beat it :P
