GEN 2 PRIUS BATTERY FAN CLEANING (04-09)

One think gen2 owners need to know - you fan shoudl work VERY rarely. Battery ususally sits at comfortable level if you use aircon - fan is sually dont work at all. But if you hear it often - then itis may be time to clean. If you dont hear it it all or itis dead or its not needed and battery get comfortable temperature without fan working. Most of califorania for example will never hear that fan.

Thanks to all you commenting, this was a pretty fun video to make, in the process of producing more with my 2010 Trim 1... my 2005 had the cat stolen and was sold for cheap, now we are focusing on the prius and the corvette. Stay tuned!!!

Need to cut the interior lights off or disconnect battery. If you kill that battery its basically $300 to replace it.

Now I see it, it's actually my phone showing me what my gopro was seeing, im weird about having good camera angles, if you see in my other video about when I first bought this 05, I have my phone mounted to check what my go pro sees. That's why I get awkward for a minute.
