I’ve set up many booths in many cities. I don’t recall them ever air conditioning them before or after the show. Houston and New Orleans in the heat of summer were two of the worst I recall. As much as they charge for exhibitor space, you would think they would treat these folks better. Not everyone outsources and even if they did, it doesn’t change my opinion of what is decent courtesy.

As a Houstonian I can't even imagine what that would be like this year. I've spent 40 of my 43 summers in Houston (save for Austin for college) and this is THE WORST SUMMER EVER.
