I heard the Gen praise Dr Lule of Nairobi Hospital. I don't know how he treats Ugandan patients but for me, an East-African, I only saw greed in Dr Lule. He would charge Kes 3k Kenyans and a whooping 5k the rest of East-Africans. When you go back for laboratory results review he would charge you again the same whooping amount ie 5k. Other doctors at Nairobi Hospital don't charge for results review. The only medal he deserves is one for greed.
