You're missing it ! It wasn't that he didn't know how to operate the system to call in support to the capital. It's not that he neglected to act when even his family members asked him to. He wanted to give the insurrection time to work! He wanted to see if they could keep him in power. It wasn't dereliction. He wasn't being neglectful. He was 100% invested in the outcome!

The "he doesn't know how to operate the system" doesn't hold water. It's actually a dumb excuse that not even Trump would use. Trump had people around him. ("As President I can do whatever I like"; when Xi Jinping was declared President for life: "Sounds like a good idea".) And his loyal followers also want to turn the US into a one-party state with a media monopoly, like "genius" Putin's Russia. They should be honest and admit it: they don't like democracy; they want a dictator. A military general once said that he was afraid of only one army in his life, an army of morons. When asked why, he replied: "It’s such a big army that there is no way to cover all fronts; you’re surrounded at all times". Imagine being surrounded by an army of morons, and then imagine that the one in charge of protecting you is the biggest of the morons. There’s no need to imagine that scenario anymore, it just happened on January 6, 2021 at the US Capitol.

Had to take a number of deep breaths after this. The feelings of horror and outrage that were felt after the Magasteins set loose their monster to trample and terrorize not only our great nation, but also our allies came flooding back. The helplessness that was felt when family and friends spewed hateful, angry rhetoric ending many long time close relationships. The mean spirited agression and name calling displayed not only from his followers, but also from the monster himself every time he appeared. Reading that my tears were delicious and a source of great joy for my fellow Americans due to the carnage that was being caused by the monster on the nation that I proudly served. I hope and pray that we, as a nation will never see anyone so unfit and so distructive, in our White House again.

Unfair to bums, some of whom have a heart, even if they're down-and-out. Lets sat Trump is a smear of toxic slime. How's that for a concise summary !!!!

Talking of dating coming from a 75 years obese old man is somewhat distasteful. Will he be sitting in the back row of the movies on a Saturday night ? (apologies to The Drifters)

the government will and is learning and secretly studying all in encounter measurements . Give them credit.,we've been the United States OF America for many many years I lost count. We are build to last and if we come across a hard optical we always find ways to to get over it . so don't give up on the very land you are standing on right now.

Have you seen the polls??? Only NeoNazis and Pedophiles still support the Dixie Democrats. Unless millions more fake ballots show up why would anything need to happen. Also it's a government building open to the public. More people died at a Travis Scott concert. Wake up stop being a facist stooge
