She's more powerful than I think alot of people realise, Marie that is - everyone is made of blood, if she figures out how to control blood that isn't there visually then she could explode everyone and anyone. This show has done a good job with an introduction although I wanted Golden Boy to live, really liked what I saw from him.

@@harrisonankers-burke and that didn’t make sense to me. It should have killed him by exploding his insides, but kept them contained within his skin. Have some internal matter come out his orifices. But the exploding does make for better tv I guess. It would just make more sense to me to stop a sups blood, either to brain or heart than trying to explode them. And if exploding works on even sups with impenetrable skin, why hasn’t exploding head lady done away with Homelander? Am I forgetting something?

in the comics the University is strictly for the Gmen the parody of the Xmen. Though here it is a vast more amount of supes. Marie name is similar to Marie aka rogue from xmen but also Golden boys girlfriend Cate wears gloves like rogue. Maries powers activate around the time of sexual blossoming (hope I put that in the correct wording) just like rogue did when she kissed her first boyfriend.

yeah... I also like how the fight made both characters (power wise) look good... It let us know that Jordan is strong AF, but it also showed that Luke's #1 spot is well deserved... In contrast to the conversation at the bar about how Jordan was never going to be put number 1 because of who he is, and Andre was going to be given it even tho he isn't really above Jordan; this showed us that at least when it comes to Luke and Jordan, the ranks are quite spot on Jordan was able to hang 1 on 1 really well, but at the end, when Luke really said "ok, Marie is getting away, we are done" he really overpowered Jordan in both their shapes or "power sets"... First with the fire blast and then outright chocking Jordan's "invulnerable" side

Emma (AKA Little Cricket) is actually my favorite character because she's hilarious, cute and wild with it. I was pissed when the online A-holes in the show were bully commenting her. Made me wish if I was in the world of The Boys that I could have the power to manipulate the internet to wreak havoc on people that cyber bully people. Although with my bad luck with characters I like not lasting long, she's probably going to get killed off in the show and that would suck. I've come to learn that nothing lasts forever in The Boys so I'm already prepared to see the most messed up stuff they can come up with. I was just mildly surprised at the scene in the dorm room with Emma and the freaky guy. Looking forward to more reactions to Gen V. I wonder if it's possible that Golden Boy's power might evolve after what he did at the end and he gains the Energy Body (Fire) Power. Basically he would exist as pure energy instead of having a solid physical body. Enjoyed the reaction👍👍✌out.

I didn't have much expectation for this, but these three episodes are great. I was so surprised by how much I like it. The characters are so good, and there are some interesting undertones to their powers. The first one and third one are easy 8.5/10; the second one is the "worse" one, 7.5/10. I can't wait for the next episodes, and I hope the quality stays the same.
