I like how they showed Emma figuring out her powers the way they did. It was never her “purging” that made her smaller. It was how “purging” made her feel. Her mom taught her how to do it so she would stay skinny. So in a way for her to get smaller she has to feel “small!”

She can kill Homelander. Just stopping the flow of blood will put Homelander in comma. Marie can control every muscle, every single vein and tissue of Homelanders body. Neuman never learned to use her powers effectively. Marie is determined to learn it.

Soldier Boy insides are indestructible; Homelander is his son and better than Soldier Boy in everything except powers thanks to the experiments that they later did on Soldier Boy, but Homelander probably has indestructible insides, and he is too durable. That's why Neuman knows she can't do anything to him, and probably Marie can't too. If they could, then Homelander in the show is super nerfed, and it's not as big a threat as they tried to sell him all this time, because The Boys would only need to save Marie, and she can kill him. That's it, done. So no, I doubt she can do something to him, hence why Neuman didn't do anything.

Like Iceman, he could kill almost everyone if he wanted, but he can't with characters like Thanos because he is too durable and can't get past his durability to access his body.

I think they are in the adult facility which was referenced in Episode 1,when Marie sees another orphan girl at red river being taken by some guards. ... My prediction is that perhaps Butcher might endup getting infected by the virus when he finds the dead body of the "Experimented kid "and through out the story it leads going to the adult facility where Marie might save him with her blood powers.

Is it clear to see the homeowners building his army much like he did in the comics where he turned against the human race and thought superheroes superior to regular humans. This is reflected in his actions in his words when he went off on starlight calling humans mud people. These actions came to the forefront even more when he started dating Stormfront. He was so pissed at A-Train asking him how could you kill one of your own kind even though he did the same thing by killing black noir. It's genV season2 in 2025 and boys finale in 2026. Homelander has gained control after s3. and he is pro supe..so he is siding with cate and Sam ideology, hence turned the narrative. Thats why cate and Sam were part of Homelander group in S4 boys

While I agree Sam's heelturn was a bit sharp and could've used a bit more gradual development. At the same time, we have to remember that his moment of greatest rage, when Emma had to grow big and restrain him, was when he was confronted with the doctor who'd tortured him. For him, Shetty's plan to kill them all could've very easily translated to "Humans treat us like animals, to be used and disposed of, as if we're inferior. I won't be treated like I'm inferior any more". And channeled through the prism of rage and vengeance, denial of inferiority becomes a sense of superiority, placing the inferiority on those who placed it on you. The *only* people who've been nice to Sam are other supes. Humans (right down to his parents, who from his perspective magnified his mental illness with compound V in order to make money) have all treated him not just poorly, but downright abysmally. They certainly set up the backstory for him to turn villain, and they telegraphed it somewhat with how and why his anger emerged, I just wish they'd done a better job of developing a gradual turn at the end, rather than making it such a sudden switch.

In general, it seems like supes heal quickly, but Marie has been healing very quickly all season long. She is constantly cutting herself and her hand heals very rapidly.

I reckon Marie isn't that durable unless she fortifies a specific part of her body. For example, Marie constantly cuts herself with knives, and I think lasers are more potent and dangerous and piercing than knives, but Marie seems to have survived it, either bad writing, OR she strengthened her own blood using her powers, she might have used her powers on the blood around her chest area.

I think they might be contained in that area at Voight Tower where Starlight was held when Huey saved her. I don't know why Ashley thought Homelander was a good idea to call. The better person to call would've been A-Train if he was recovered and was using stuff that would restrict the use of their powers. Cate after she killed Shetty like that basically became a straight up villain and Sam jumped right on the bandwagon. I thought it was messed up that they were just killing humans whether they did something or not. Glad you had the part where Emma used her shrink power without purging. I don't think her power is related to food. That was probably all her mother's doing making Emma think that. I think her power is most likely emotionally triggered. Well hopefully they'll let us know what happens next in The Boys upcoming season. I wouldn't be surprised if we see Cate and Sam as new members of The Se7en. Enjoyed the reaction 👍👍✌out.

Sam’s heel turn totally makes sense when you realize he was a prisoner who was constantly Tortured for years. It’s no surprise he was so easily radicalized and immediately fell into the supe lives matter crowd, his brother also killed himself largely in part due to humans as well. So while it kinda sucked to see it was no surprise sam revenge on humans because of his suffering at the hands of humans for years and because of what happened to his brother, him being radicalized really quickly honestly made a lot of sense. Joining Cate was his opportunity to get revenge on humans for the years of abuse he suffered at the hands of humans. I wish he wasn’t quite so mean to Emma who didn’t deserve it and risked her life for him but outside of that I understood Sam’s heel turn and his reasons for it. RIP Emma x Sam relationship tho, at least we still got Marie and Jordan tho lol

It wasn’t a sudden change. Cate was a “double agent” since even before the show being used and she clearly hated it. She lost her boyfriend, the trust of her friends and had her entire world shattered, again. It makes sense for her to try to redeem herself in a misguided attempt at heroics.

Cate knew in episode 1 when she & Luke discussed his “nightmares” that what she’d been doing to him for 3 years was making him lose touch with reality. She still wiped her friends. Then episode 6 showed us that she was actually in love with Andre while preying on Luke at Shetty s behest. While she was absolutely a victim of Shetty’s, we saw Marie figure out that she was being manipulated by episode 3 and keep her distance. At some point, Cate decided that what she was doing to Luke was acceptable. That was heartless, By the time we met her, she was no longer “good.” The last 4 episodes of the season showed us that. She didn’t turn on a dime in the finale.
