Marie is a huge example of Vought's utter waste of supers on fake crimefighting. Blood control would be INCREDIBLY valuable medically, but no, let's more or less force her into attempting to fight (usually fake) crime through self-harm.

Lots of supers would do great in non crime fighting/non media endeavors. But that would make them much more difficult to control. Marie Moreau in any city trauma unit would be very welcome, for example.
