This is so odd, it's like it's a backing track for the music and backing vocals and Billy is the only live mic. Whatever this is it's amazing it exists.

This was the final public appearance of ‘Gen X’. Shortly after this they parted ways and Billy went on to his solo career. Interesting getup he’s got going here. Sort of “Prince meets Dave Vanian”. 😬😅
