Gen-X Thinks: So You Hate DJT?

Because I grew up there in Palm Beach County, I thought being president was just another notch on his belt. I didn't think he would take it seriously, but when I saw the establishment turn on him, I paid a lot more attention to him. I realized he had really grown up since the last time I even noticed him, which had probably been the early 2000s. My hand was literally shaking when I first voted for him because he was our only chance back in 2016, and I didn't know if that was really any chance at all. Over those four years, I watched him like a halk. I saw a man truly trying to do his best for America, but the establishment persecuted him. He not only was getting the job done the best he could, but the evil ones exposed themselves more and more. Personally, I don't think he's brash or arrogant. I think he is confident, and he knows to take charge of these jerks in government and the leaders of the world. You have to be unwavering and confident. He can't give an inch, or they will run him and us. In this world, especially in his position, you can't play nice. You have to go in there knowing what has to be done and do it. We have had a hundred years of politicians being nice and doing for each other. Trump isn't doing this to make money or friends. He's doing this to save the most extraordinary nation in the world ever. I don't want someone who is "nice." Even so, I don't see what others see as "mean." Maybe they just don't know what determination and confidence looks like.

They are used to the pandering and lies. They choose comfortable lies over uncomfortable truths. Hopefully Trump is a wrecking ball this time around. I have high hopes for his Cabinet choices.

He WAS nice at first term, surrounded by vipers. Putin saw the problem clearly, immediately because Putin has been dealing with that trash for decades. I love my President, I’ve been with him since DAY ONE. Out of 18 clowns onstage, THAT WAS MY HORSE! I bet on him every single time!

As someone who lived on the East Coast (NJ) most of my life until 17 years ago, I can tell you that DJT's 'brash personality' is nothing but a typical East Coast NJ/NY 'personality'. It gets things done. It's how people deal with each other, especially in the North Jersey/NYC area, and especially in business situations. It's also been amplified by the media. That said, DJT is a good guy, and a saint compared to anyone else in government sans Congressman Massie or Ron Paul. My mother used to work security for him at his casino in ACNJ back in the 80's. She knows him, and I got to meet him as a kid. He's not messing around this time lookin' at who he's signing on. It's going to be a wild ride this time. Bust out the popcorn!

Thank you for yet another great video. 😊 From my perspective (I’m Norwegian), this election has been strange to watch from the sidelines. Norwegian media has portrayed Trump in such a negative way that you’d think they were being paid for it. There’s been no focus on policy, only negative coverage. Now the result didn’t turn out quite as they expected, and Norwegian media is slightly confused 🤣. I think the result is the best thing that could have happened, both for the US and the rest of us. And for the Democrats, this must be a good thing; everything that has gone wrong and will go wrong will be blamed on Trump. Anything positive, they’ll take credit for. But at the end of the day, it matters very little who the “president” is - things generally just get worse 😅.

I was very anti-Trump in 2015-16 for all the personality reasons, but a friend said, "He could be the best president in history, but he'll never get a fair shot to prove it," and somehow that made me take an objective reassessment of the man and his policies. My dad used to say he votes for the guy he'd want go have a beer with, but I've come to hate that advice for picking representation in government because politicians are all smooth-talking slimeballs. I want someone who has good policies and will stand between We The People and the political machine that hates us - that's Trump. It's hilarious you used the plumber analogy! That's exactly what I've been telling my family for 7-8 years. Say what you want about his personality, he get's positive results.

I'll try not to write a short story here, I think I mentioned before that I rarely comment on videos. And I don't want to be a drain on your time and attention. Trump, yes on all the time we spent watching him as we all grew up. Then he just dropped off my radar. When he won in 2016, I was reserved hopeful, but I hadn't voted since 1992. You can hate me for that or not. I just saw that on both sides we were getting screwed, so I quit caring much. I hated Obama though, and I did voice my oppinion of him on Facebook, where I lost a lot of friends over that bit of discourse. Anyway, when Trump won I found it amusing that the country voted for an internet meme. Then, he really did a good job, best president ever. I still refrain from talking on the Internet much, but this time, I did vote, and I voted for Trump. Maybe it is time to get back online and talk about some things... Crap, I'm writing a book. Yes for Trump, but we can't fix this in 4 years, this was just a skirmish, not even a battle. We still have a war ahead, and I'm afraid people will just quietly go back to bed now. Please prove me wrong.

I know it is hard to accept that anything will ever change, ie DJT is really a traitor who has tricked the People into walking into a trap. But please consider that history shows that things do change. If you don't believe that, look how much your dollar could buy in 1900 compared to now, look at how many liberties the People have willingly given up since 1900, look at the difference between the food in 1900 had no chemicals in it compared to the food today that is nothing but chemicals.. Looks to me that we are at a paradym shift where a lot of changes are going to happen in a short period time (relatively). I also believe there are two opposing forces that are fighting for control of these changes. DJT appears to be on team humanity who is wanting to give the People more control over their destiny and set them up to have better more fruitful lives. The other wants to accelerate our slavery to wages, continue to poison us, replace American citizens with people who have no interest in being Americans and are easily controlled and keep us in endless wars. Whether DJT is able to do what he says he wants to do is yet to be seen, but the alternative is certain dystopia and death
