Oh Derrick, someone from the genX crew is gonna win. They have the don't give a fuck attitude with a mix of experience. They've been mucking in the kitchen since mom and dad hung a housekey around their neck. They won't get frazzled under pressure as much -they've grown up with adults screaming at them and berating them (where do you think Gordon learned it?) They also won't scuffle off butthurt when they get those sarcastic comments.
