Caleb, your argument for the privatisation of parking is a reflection of how car dependent many cities are. Proper town planning would include investment in reliable public transport that goes where people need to go; then the land *could* be used for other purposes. But we live in broken cities that transfer the cost of public services to private citizens at a higher cost. I'm not in the US, but live in a similarly broken city. 😏

Her “relationship” is a huge reason why she’s struggling financially. He’s a 42 year old deadbeat cigarette addict that’s hospitalized due to lung issues, who refuses to work and plays Xbox all day. As a woman who financially supported their partner who didn’t want to work or drive due to medical conditions, this episode is extremely triggering. She’s being used by a man twice her age and she’s also mothering him. May God help her.
@shawnconway6009Ай бұрын
So I know exactly what this woman's problem is: the need for the illusion of control. Not actual control, but this emotional need to think that she's in control. It's why she seeks out guys because being in a bad relationship is 'more stable' than no relationship. It's why she cosigned an RV with her mother because it makes her feel like she has some control over her mother's situation. It's why she pays her bills the way she does and why she both says she has these memories of her parents not paying bills but then doesn't pay them herself because she ignores them; she wants the illusion of being in control and if she can't control it she tries to ignore it so it doesn't overwhelm her. But in reality she's not in control and that's why it keeps biting her, because what she's actually doing is ceding control to other people; her ex husband, her current boyfriend, her mother, companies, ect. And I know that's what's going on because I was the same way, and I did similar things, and I had that same need to try and control everything, where I would either try to be in complete control or put it off forever because I didn't want to handle it emotionally. To me, the most insane thing about all of this is not that she got married young or is in a relationship with an older guy. The insane thing is that her mother, who should know her well, got her to cosign an underwater RV so her mother could live the dream. Her need to feel like she's in control is so strong that people are taking advantage of her. She needs serious therapy because her problem isn't that she's irresponsible, it's that her emotional insecurity leads to bad actions. Again, I know how this is and feels, I've been there. It's not easy to fix or change.

Corporations are cheap and titles are free. Funeral homes, especially corporate ones, are very greedy and pushy. If he's 42 years old today, he would be a very late 1981 or 1982 baby, making him an older Millennial or an Xennial cusper. If we're using cusper microgeneration labels, then Caleb would be an older Zillennial, considering that he has mentioned his age a few times on his show(29 years old as of now).

Exactly I just call them Gen X not giving them a special treatment or name. They fall in that 20 year category, so Gen X.
