I was listening to KZbin in the background while working, not paying attention but just for the chatter. Tuned into 8:30 😂 was in deep focus and then heard the words deep focus. I notice my patterns a lot better now. When I'm craving something sugary or want to play a video game, it's almost like I have to keep pushing my brain to keep focusing again. Like working out, when it's just on the edge of too hard but it's meant to be so I can get stronger. It's always a work in progress.

I'm actually suprised that people get distracted and go into endless spirals, and I have ADHD, and the easiest thing to do to get out of a bad distraction is finding a hobby, soccer, crafts or even comedy, that hobby can grow, and eventually be something you enjoy and find like-minded people that share that, my distracts don hold my attention because my daydreaming interrupts my distractions like KZbin ads, I daydreaming of spaceships, yeah that's a weird one, but I love mechanical crap.
