With its powerful 550W motor, the Gen2 can effortlessly move your caravan or trailer. The jockey wheel is designed to fit standard 50mm and 60mm jockey wheel mounts and can be easily installed to an existing bracket.
It features a solid rubber wheel that provides excellent traction and durability, ensuring that you can move your caravan or trailer over any surface without any problems. Additionally, the mini mover is equipped with a forward and reverse function, allowing you to easily manoeuvre your caravan or trailer in tight spaces.
I got this one from www.rvonline.com.au/products/... for $420 in April 2023. Prices can change and appear to have gone up since. Looking around $455 but some on eBay down to $395 (check reputation and delivery costs!)

The Gen2 Mini Mover electric jockey wheel is your go-to tool when you need to move hefty trailers, campers, horse floats, boats and caravans. It features an 8-inch, heavy-duty rubber tyre suited for hard surfaces such as paved roads or driveways.
This incredibly powerful jockey wheel can pull up to 2722kg (6000lbs) on an incline of up to 7 degrees, making it the tool of choice for serious campers. The side handle lets you steer your trailer with ease while switching between forward and reverse movements. This jockey wheel also has an automatic braking function for safer manoeuvring.
The mini mover can be used in manual or freewheeling mode simply by rotating the yellow cap on its side. It also comes with a mounting bracket and a locking system, which means that no one can remove the motorised jockey wheel without a key. Each unit comes supplied with 4 keys, so you can keep one in your wallet, glove box, pocket and backpack - or anywhere you want!
With the Gen2 Mini Mover, parking your trailer or caravan in the perfect spot is not a problem.
Please note: This unit will not suit double axle trailers due to the lack of weight on the jockey wheel for grip.
The jockey wheel requires 12v power from battery with 24Ah capacity or greater, a battery is not included.

Thank you. I bought one so that I could manouver my van on my own. The manual gives no idea as to how to assemble it for a nonhandy person. I managed to figure out some of it. But you have clarified the rest thank you so much.

Hey there! Thanks for watching 🤠 The manual states: Maximum Capacity 6000lbs. (2722kg) on level ground. (has loads of Torque) I've not seen any other reference to this but where I bought it from does say: Please note: This unit will not suit double axle trailers due to the lack of weight on the jockey wheel for grip. However, i've NOT seen this stated anywhere else, even on the official site. They're now known as ' Mini Mover 3 PLUS '. does it have a brake, will it slides down on a sloped ground when its stationery?

Hi there, you can see in the video, it has a clutch. once clicked in gear, the wheel is locked ready for the motor. It won't 'free wheel ' unless the clutch is un-clicked. Then you can push it freely. In my humble opinion, you should always 'chock' a stationary trailer. 👍 Thanks for watching 🤠

@@campingbegins thank you for the reply, I have a single axle trailer I can only park it on the grass at the moment, the problem is it maybe difficult to use it on a soft ground, it could dig in like my jockey wheel does. The other issue is having to connect it to an external battery.

Yes. Absolutely. There is a clutch. Have a look at the video where I engage / disengage the wheel clutch.
