question here. If I got the 2 rack system, would I technically still have 3 racks keeping the stock bottom rack in the smoker?

love the upgrades but are you cooking bacon on these or a roast.. way too close.. way too many. 1 will always be useless imo

Maybe it's hard to tell from the video but there is a lot of space between the shelves. Ribs, Triptips, thighs, breasts.. They all fit and slide with ease! And if you need more space, the shelves pop out instantly.
