Tupac did an interview for the magazine’s, slandering their name. When Emoneybags and them went to go see Pac in jail, they told him what went down but the interview had already been done. When he signed with Death Row, he just kept the issue going since Suge didn’t like Puffy anyway. Pac never really had an issue with Biggie. Pac never cleared it up and did a lot of talking about things that weren’t actually true, so many people just ran with it. He tells you who set it up on ‘Against All Odds’. @Gene Deal his name is Zaid that's family. He has a Baby with Pac's sister Set, so he was brother in law at the time. Biggie was the only one that was at the hospital from the people that were at Quad that night. Biggie sat with us for a long time and asked the family if there was anything he could do to help Pac or the family. He went back to the studio and got Pac's 10mm pistol and the weed that was stashed in the piano. BIGGIE and Jr. Mafia were in a different studio they weren't with Jimmy, Shawn, Andre, and Puff. Nobody told Pac that BIGGIE came to the hospital until weeks later. Myself, E money (R.I.P.), and someone who doesn't want to be named told Pac when we went to see him on Rikers that BIGGIE had nothing to do with it, but Puff knew because Jimmy told him shortly before the robbery. Also people blame Jack but Jack didn't know until after he told Jimmy not to go at Pac. Pac talked slick on the phone to Jimmy that night and pissed him off. Jimmy told the stick-up kids just Discipline Pac, rob him but don't take the watch that Jack bought for him so Pac would know what he did wrong. One of the stick-up kids gun wasn't even loaded, they stole the other pistol Pac tried to pull which Pac shot himself and the bullet went through his leg and hit the homie Freddie in the stomach. Pac had his mind set to use the situation to sell records and set up the jail interview he did going at BIG and BAD BOY. Pac was never the same mentally after QUAD and we couldn't talk him out of it. He turned on our brother Stretch also. I wish people would just let it rest. I know you get tired of people asking the same old questions.

His gripe with Biggie was that he felt Big knew of the plot and didn't warn him in advance. Pac said in his last interview with Sway that Big owed it to him to warn him about the plot. That said, Pac virtually admitted that he knew he could be walking into a setup that night because he stated in a 1995 Vibe magazine interview that the guy "Booker", who had arranged for Pac to rap for a Little Shawn session was an associate of "Nigel" who Pac implied he had beef with and he was initially nervous about the situation because of that. So Pac COULD have avoided the situation by simply refusing to do the session, but he stated that he was offered $7000 and needed the money at the time so he agreed to do it.
